By this application, the applicant is seeking bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, this Court shows disinclination to grant bail to the present applicant.

In view of that, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh if there is no progress in the trial. 4.
