Heard Shri A.D. Bhate, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri A.M. Kadukar, learned AGP for the respondents.

By order dated 03.03.2018, which was impugned in Writ Petition No. 1515 of 2018, approval of the petitioner as Head Mistress was cancelled by the Deputy Director of Education. He advised the management to give those powers to the Assistant Head Master and also advised it to take necessary further actions. Accordingly, the management has issued an order of suspension dated 13.03.2018. The order of suspension has not been interfered with by this Court while disposing of Writ Petition No. 1515 of 2018.

The contention of review applicant is, the Deputy Director of Education has asked the management to revert the petitioner.

We do not see any direction in the impugned order.

Misc. Civil Application is, therefore, not maintainable. It is rejected. No order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
