By the present application, applicant (original respondent no.1) KIranlata is seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner. The amount of Rs. 15000/- was deposited by the original petitioner in this Court on 17.4.2015 as directed by this Court on 27th Marcyh 2015. The amount deposited by original petitioner is towards the maintenance of applicants Kiranlata and her daughter Ku Durgeshree. IN that view of the matter, applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 15000/- deposited by original petitioner in this Court. Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
