2] The parties are agreeable that the learned District Judge-2, Amravati, to whom the proceedings have been transferred, can decide the commercial Appeal No. 2/2022 finally, and since there was an interim order dated 2.9.2022 operating prior to the transfer, the same would continue to govern the parties till the decision of the appeal, considering which the petition is disposed of with the following direction.

3] The learned District Judge-2, Amravati, is hereby directed to decide Commercial Appeal No. 2/2022 by 31.12.2022, till which time the parties are directed not to create any third party interest in any manner in the suit property.
