1] The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he has received oral information from the petitioner that the establishment has decided not to implement the impugned order after it was stayed by this Court on 23.08.2017.

2] The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submits on instructions that the transfer order had its effect only till November 2019 and has lost its efficacy. It is, therefore, decided that the petitioner would be retained at the place from where he was earlier transferred.

3] In view of the above, we find that this petition stands worked out and is rendered infructuous. 4] Considering the above, this petition stands disposed off.
