This is an application made by respondent No.1 for withdrawal of balance 80 % amount of compensation with accrued interest deposited in this Court. 3.

In view of the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw balance 80% amount of the total compensation. Out of this, respondent No. 1 is allowed to withdraw 40 % of the balance amount of compensation on furnishing usual undertaking and 40 % amount on furnishing solvent surety.

5. Learned Advocate for the appellant-acquiring body submits that there are about 27 appeals arising out of same award and acquired lands situated at same village. Learned advocate for the appellant shall provide lists of matter to sheristadar within a week.

The civil application stands disposed of, accordingly.
