By this application, the petitioners seek clarification of the order dated 17.08.2023 inasmuch as no direction has been issued to the respondent No.4 College to accept the petitioner No.2's undertaking in the matter of being admitted on a seat reserved for candidates from the Scheduled Tribe Category.

While issuing Rule in the Writ Petition on 09.08.2023, a direction was issued insofar as return of relevant documents to the petitioner No.1 is concerned. Since the judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No.1856/2014 directing grant of validity certificate to the petitioner's father has been challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and implementation of the said judgment has been stayed, the direction/clarification sought in the Civil Application cannot be granted.

The Civil Application is therefore rejected.
