DATED : OCTOBER 11, 2019 By this application, the applicant is seeking refund of amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing of the appeal. It is pointed out that by order dated 06/08/2019, the appeal has been partly allowed. The impugned order of the Tribunal has been quashed and set aside and the matter is remanded back to the Tribunal.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the Registry is directed to refund amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the appellant in this Court. JUDGE MP Deshpande
