Heard learned APP. She states that she has instructions from the concerned Police Station Officer that after investigation, 'C' Summary has been filed before the Competent Court. Obviously, it means that the police did not find any evidence during investigation. It seems that the applicants have, therefore, not been found guilty even prima facie during investigation. We, therefore, make the following order:-

Criminal Application No. 3506 of 2007 is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of applicants in the

event occasion arises.
