At the outset, the learned Additional Government Pleader raises objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of going to the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and thus the present petition is not maintainable.
The objection is upheld.
The learned counsel for the petitioner makes a submission that the petitioner will resort to alternate remedy and seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.
Permission to withdraw the writ petition is granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The points raised in the writ petition are kept open.
