The applicants have already been granted confirmed anticipatory bail by this Court on 03/5/2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 306 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Now, the charge-sheet has been filed. At that time, one more offence, offence punishable under Section 304-B of the Indian Penal Code has been added. For addition of this offence the same material has been used which, according to the prosecution, prima facie disclose commission of the offences for which anticipatory bail has been granted. In view of this, I am of the opinion that the applicants could also be entitled to be released on anticipatory bail for the newly added offence. Hence, the order. The application is allowed and the interim bail granted to the applicants on 19/9/2016 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions.
