Vide order dated 28.11.2018 the Police Station officer, Ramnagar Chandrapur, was directed to execute the non-bailable warrant and produce the Respondent before this Court. It appears that the standing non-bailable warrant has not yet been executed by the said PSO. By the present application, the applicant is seeking a direction to the PSO Ramnagar, Chandrpaur to submit the compliance report of order dated 28.11.2018. The PSO Ramnagar, Chandrapur is directed to comply with the order dated 28.11.2018 positively by the next date, else he shall remain personally present before the Court to explain as to why the order could not be complied with.
