Criminal Application (APPW) No. 182/2025 Heard.

Vide order dated 28-6-2023, this Court (Coram : Vijay Joshi and Valmiki Sa Menezes, JJ.) permitted Investigating Officer to investigate the matter but to file charge-sheet by obtaining permission of the Court. Accordingly, Investigating Officer has filed the present application stating therein that investigation is complete.

Since the investigation is complete, we deem it appropriate to permit the Investigating Officer to file charge-
