The petitioner is challenging the order granting maintenance pendente lite @ Rs.7,000/- per month w.e.f. 24/07/2020. The salary slip filed along with the petition and the observations made by the learned trial Court while passing the order, clearly show that the income of the petitioner is more than Rs.35,000/-. The learned trial Court, after considering the standard of living of the respondent and bare minimum requirements to live a dignified life, has granted Rs.7,000/- per month as interim maintenance. Nothing contrary is pointed out to hold that the findings are perverse or erroneous. 3.

In that view of the matter, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
