In view of order passed by this Court today in Contempt Petition No.80 of 2014 as the grievance of the petitioner is being redressed, Mr.M.V.Samarth, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach again if any cause of action arises. Mr.S.K.Mishra, learned Counsel for respondent nos. 2 and 3 has no objection.
