DATED : 3 rd September 2019 Heard.
2] This petition is filed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Wardha to challenge the order passed by the Industrial Court by which the complaint filed by the respondent No.1-employee under Section 28 of the Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971 is allowed and the petitioner and State of Maharashtra are directed to take the name of respondent No.1-employee on C.R.T.E. from the date on which he completed 5 years continuous service from the date of his appointment. 2 8.wp6045.2019 3] After going through the impugned order and considering the submission of the petitioner that Zilla Parishad has already forwarded the proposal for bringing the name of the respondent No.1-employee on C.R.T.E., I see no reason to interfere with the impugned order. Hence, writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
