As per the order dated 05.02.2015, we had called for the report of the learned Principal District Judge, Gondia. We had also requested the learned Principal District Judge, Gondia to consult the other learned District Judges. We had stated that the report would be confidential and only be perused by the Court.

We have perused the report. It is directed that the report be sealed in the envelope again. Upon perusal of the report, we find that there is no merit in the petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
