The applicants filed application for quashment of FIR registered under section 326, 427 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicants remained absent on the last occasion and therefore, the matter was kept for dismissal. Today, also the applicants and their counsel remained absent. Hence, the application is dismissed with costs of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur. 2.
