Shri Kalwaghe, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Kankale, learned AGP for respondent No. 2.

The request for withdrawal of the petition is reiterated again by Shri Kalwaghe, learned counsel. This request was made on 07.01.2015 with liberty to file fresh petition. This Court had adjourned the matter due to absence of the counsel for the employer. Today again, there is no appearance for respondent No. 1. In the circumstances, we dispose of the writ petition as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition for the same cause.
