VIDC and others, First Appeal Nos.508 of 2013 and other connected matters came to be dismissed including First Appeal No.115 of 2011. The copies are annexed to this pursis.

The statement is accepted.

That being so, this appeal will have to be dismissed. In view of the statement made, the appeal is dismissed. No order as to costs.
