After hearing for sometime, we expressed that we are not inclined to consider the prayer that the First Information Report No.60/2019 dated 10/03/2019 registered with the Police Station, Dhantoli, Nagpur for the offence punishable under Section 167 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, be quashed.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach this Court again under Articles 226 and 227 after the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Criminal) No.4565/2019.

The petition is disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
