After hearing this matter for some time, the learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the application with liberty to be given to the applicant to surrender himself before the concerned Court and file an application for grant of regular bail. Leave with liberty, as prayed for, is granted. The applicant may surrender himself before the concerned Special Court and also file his application for grant of regular bail within two weeks from the date of the order and in case, he files such an application, same shall be decided in accordance with law by that Court as expeditiously as possible. Till the time, the applicant surrenders himself before the concerned Court or till the expiry of the time of two weeks given to the applicant for his surrender, whichever is earlier, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant by this Court shall continue to remain valid.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
