This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant.

The present appeal was placed before the National Lok Adalat held on 9.12.2017 at Yavatmal. In the said Lok Adalat, the parties to the appeal have amicably settled the dispute. In pursuance to the said settlement, learned counsel Shri P.B. Patil for the appellant submits that the appellant has deposited the amount before this Court.

In view of the settlement of the dispute before the Lok Adalat, learned counsel Shri P.B. Patil for the appellant submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present appeal.

Learned counsel Shri P.B. Patil for the appellant is permitted to withdraw the present appeal.

5.

Since the appeal is withdrawn, in view of the compromise and the amount is deposited by the appellant before this Court, the present application for withdrawal of the compensation amount as deposited by the appellant is allowed.

Applicant/respondent No.1/claimant will be entitled to withdraw .....2/-

The civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly and the first appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. 8.

The appellant will be entitled for refund of the Court Fees, if any, as per law.
