At the outset, learned counsel Shri A.C.Jaltare for the applicant, submitted that during the pendency of the present application, investigating agency filed chargesheet. He, therefore, sought permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file an application for grant of bail afresh before Trial Court.

The criminal application is allowed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file an application for grant of bail afresh before Trial Court since filing of chargesheet is a change in circumstance.

It is made clear that the case of the present applicant is not heard on its own merits by this Court. JUDGE !! BRW !!
