As the amount is deposited, the interim order granted on 3rd February, 2014 shall continue till disposal of the appeal.
Considering the facts of the case, the respondent Nos.1 and 2-claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant along with interest on it, if any, on filing undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court that the respondent Nos.1 and 2-claimants will redeposit the amount with the Registry of this Court in case this Court concludes that the respondents/ claimants are not entitled for the amount withdrawn by them.
The civil application is disposed in the above terms.
