The applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in the crime registered against him for the offences punishable under Sections 354-A, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3(1)(xii) of the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. The learned advocate for the applicant has submitted that the chargesheet is already filed. The learned advocate, on instructions, states that the applicant would approach the Sessions Court during this week to seek regular bail.

The interim protection granted by this Court will continue till 9th June, 2017 and shall cease to operate w.e.f. 10th June, 2017.
