Heard learned counsel Shri V.B.Bhise for the applicant/appellant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri S.S.Doifode for the State.

On 26.8.2019, on the present appeal, this Court issued Notices to the respondents on merits since on the said day application for interim relief was not filed. Therefore, interim orders were not passed. The present is the application for grant of ad interim anticipatory bail. 3.
Looking to nature of accusations made, I am of the view that till the appeal is decided, the applicant's personal liberty can be protected. Hence, I pass following order:
ORDER
(i) The criminal application is allowed.

appa779.19 28 (ii) In the event of arrest of applicant-Amar Vilas Dahibhat, in connection with Crime No.303/2019 registered with Akot (City) Police Station, District Akola for offences under Sections 294, 506, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(1)(r) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, he be released on bail on he executing a P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety of the alike amount. (iii) The applicant is directed to attend the police station on 31.8.2019 and from 1.9.2019 to 9.9.2019 and shall be with Investigating Officer from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. (iv) With this, the criminal application stands disposed of. JUDGE !! BRW !!
