The present application is filed for addition of party i.e. the child who is under mental incapacity. 5.

The petitioner wants to add the child as the petitioner no. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and permission is granted as prayed for.

Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of one week.
