: S. B. SHUKRE, J.

DATE : APRIL 13, 2016.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent no. 1 and respondent no. 2. Learned counsel states that respondent no. 2 has no role to play in this case as the petitioner/school is on permanent no grant basis. Learned AGP states that appropriate orders may be passed. It is seen from the compromise pursis St.No. 10519/15 dated 22.9.2015 that the issue has been amicably settled between the petitioner and respondent no. 1. The petitioner has decided to give fresh appointment to respondent no. 1 in one of the schools as accountant with effect from 21.9.2015 and the respondent no. 1 has submitted an undertaking as mentioned in paragraphs 3 and

This being the position, the petition deserves to be disposed of as settled out of Court in terms of compromise pursis.

Writ petition is disposed of as amicably settled out of Court between the petitioner and respondent no. 1 in terms of compromise pursis St. No. 10519/15, which shall be duly complied with by the petitioner and respondent no. 1. No costs.
