The learned counsel for the applicant restricts the prayer in the application for direction to the learned trial Judge to decide the Sessions Trial No. 26/2013 expeditiously.

The criminal application is, therefore, disposed of taking into consideration the fact that the incident is of 2009 and almost six years are over.
