In pursuant to the order dated 19.11.02024, the applicant has deposited the costs of Rs.1,00,000/- in this Court by way of a demand draft. For the reasons recorded in the order dated 19.11.2024 and considering that the complainant himself has filed an application on affidavit for withdrawal of the complaint, which is on record, we do not see that any fruitful purpose would be served by continuing the prosecution, except whiling of time of this Court. In view of which, for the reasons recorded in the aforesaid order, the criminal application is allowed. The cost be disbursed in the following manner :

(i) Rs.50,000/- to be given to "Association of Friends of Astronomy, Goa.
