D ATE : FEBRUARY 29 , 202 In view of the affidavit placed on record by the respondent no.1 stating thereby that the salary due and payable to the petitioner is already paid and the fixation shall be carried out in due course.

In view of above, nothing survives in the writ petition. The same is disposed of.

Needless to clarify that it is open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum in case if the order of fixation goes adverse to him. It is also clarified that the aforesaid process of fixing the salary of the petitioner shall be carried out within a period of four months from today. 4.

Order accordingly. No costs.
