This is an application for speaking to the minutes. The learned counsel submitted that on 10th August, 2017 when the judgment was being dictated, request was made by the learned counsel for the applicant to grant four weeks time to surrender before the trial court and the said request was granted. The observations to that effect has also been made by this court in paragraph 18 of the judgment. The learned counsel submits that in the final order the directions are required to be made in that regard.

Perused the judgment dated 10th August, 2017. It is noticed that paragraph 18 of the judgment, the request of the appellant to grant four weeks' time to surrender before the trial court was considered.

In view thereof the following order is passed. The appellants are granted four weeks time to surrender before the trial court. Four weeks time be calculated from the date of judgment and order i.e 10th August, 2017.

23.08.appa.669.17 The office is directed to send copy of this order to the learned trial Court forthwith.

The Application stands disposed of.
