This is an application filed by the applicantrespondent no.1 for speaking to minutes. 2.

Learned Advocate for the applicant pointed out that in para no.3 of the order dated 13.08.2022, there is last sentence i.e. "The Appellant shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest, if any, after deducting the amount, if any already withdrawn, as per order of the Court. He submitted that instead of the word 'Appellant' the words 'Respondent No.1' be corrected. 3.

Considering his submissions and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application deserves to be allowed. In para no.3 of the order dated 13.08.2022, instead of the word 'Appellant', the words 'Respondent No.1' be corrected and corrected copy be uploaded.

The application is allowed and disposed of.
