After perusing the contents of the First Information Report and reply filed on behalf of the non-applicant No.2, when the Court expressed its opinion that the Court is dismissing this application, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that the permission be given to the applicants in order to file the application for discharge before the Trial Court.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
