Heard Shri Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri N.S. Rao, the learned AGP for respondent No.1 and Shri Rathi, the learned counsel for respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4.
We find that the petitioner has not availed of an alternate remedy available to her, which is of filing of appeal before the competent authority i.e. the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal for redressal of the grievances before the competent authority. If such an appeal is filed within a week's time, we direct the competent authority to decide the same within a period of four weeks after filing of the appeal. Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join her posting at the transferred place, Zilangpati, Panchayat
wp4910.18.O.odt Samiti Dharni on 13.11.2019 and if petitioner fails to join accordingly, the appeal that may be filed by her shall not be entertained by the competent authority. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
