This court by order dated 16.9.2025 issued notice before admission to the respondents. The counsel for the respondents appeared in the matter.

According to the petitioner there is non-compliance of order dated 5.8.2024 in I.A. No.18976/2019 on the instance of respondents is now clarified by the further order of National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi in its order dated 14.10.2025, in Para 3, as under : "The counsel for the applicant/opposite party contends that IA/18976/2019 was not for impleadment but for seeking substantive directions. We have looked at IA/18976/2019 which clearly states that it is for impleadment. Even the prayer of the said application states to allow the application and permit the applicant to join as a petitioner in original CC/2983/2017. Hence, IA/2579/2025 lacks merit and is dismissed."

In view of this, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition.

Considering the fact that the notice before admission was issued in the matter, there is no impediment to withdraw the present contempt petition.

Hence, the permission is granted as sought. The contempt petition stands disposed of.
