Appellant nos.2A to 2C and 3 are personally present. Appellant nos.5 and 6 are present through their Power of Attorney (POA) holder i.e. appellant no.1. They are identified by their respective counsel. They admit the execution of agreement of compromise and contents contained therein. The other parties have already been examined by the Court on 04.08.2025.

In view of the above, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the agreement of settlement executed by the parties. Accordingly, impugned judgment and decree set aside. The decree be drawn in terms of settlement agreement.
