Shri Naik, learned counsel states that, earlier he filed a Vakalatnama on behalf of the appellants. He further states that on 23.04.2022, the appellants took the papers back.

It appears that, thereafter the appellant Nos.2 and 3 have engaged Ms. Archana S. Lanjewar. But the appellant No.1 has not engaged any lawyer of his choice. 4.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution against the appellant No.1 C.L.Dhakate

As far as, the appellant Nos.2 and 3 are concerned, they have filed a compromise pursis pointing out that the matter has been settled between the parties and they do not want to proceed with the matter. Accordingly, the second appeal is disposed of.
