Considering the limited prayer made in the Writ Petition, notice is issued to respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4. Service on respondent No.3 is dispensed with. 2.

Mr. N. S. Deshpande, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India waives service of notice for respondent No.1. Mr. A. A. Madiwale, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent No. 2 and Mr. Anand Parchure, learned Counsel waives service of notice for respondent No.4.

Pursuant to the order passed in the Writ Petition No.1606/2023 joint measurement has been carried out by the respondent No.4 along with the petitioner. The Joint Measurement Report has accordingly been prepared on 28.07.2023. According to the petitioner, there are certain technical and arithmetical errors in the said Joint Measurement Report. The petitioner has made representation in that regard to the respondent No.4 on 24.08.2023.

In these facts, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2023. If the respondent No.4 finds that there are any arithmetical and technical errors in the said report, the respondent No.4 can proceed to correct the same in accordance with its procedure.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
