Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State. Perused the First Information Report and statements of witnesses produced on record.
Having considered the above material and also the fact that charge-sheet has been filed, I am of the view that no purpose will be served by keeping the applicant behind the bar for any longer period of time.
Application is, therefore, allowed. It is directed that the applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 122/2016 registered with Police Station, Mana, tahsil Murtizapur, District Akola for the ofrfences punishable under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code upon his furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 20,000/- together with one solvent surety, on the following conditions :- I.
Applicant shall attend the Court proceedings regularly on all dates.
II.
Applicant shall cooperate with the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the trial.

Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
Application stands disposed of accordingly.
