It is submitted on behalf of the appellant that out of total amount of enhancement of Rs. 4,42,579.34 Ps. an amount of Rs. 3,74,135.88 has already been paid to the claimant. It is submitted that the balance amount payable is Rs. 89,934/-. Hence, order dated 20.11.2012 is sought to be modified.

The learned counsel for the claimant does not dispute receipt of amount of Rs. 3,74,135.88 Ps.. The other calculations are also not disputed. Hence, by modifying the order dated 20.11.2012 the appellant is granted time of one week to deposit the amount of Rs. 89,934/- which includes interest upto date in this Court.
