Prayer is to condone the delay in filing the first appeal. The reasons are mentioned in paragraph Nos.2 and 3 of the civil application.

The prayer is opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant Nos.1 and 2/ respondents. It is stated that no sufficient cause has been mentioned. Considering the reasons mentioned in the civil application, delay in filing the first appeal stands condoned subject to costs of Rs.2,000/- to be paid to the non-applicant Nos.1 and 2/ respondents within a period of six weeks from today.

The civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
