Learned counsel for appellants and respondent have filed the consent terms and contended that the second appeal be decreed as per the consent terms. The appellants as well as on behalf of the respondent-Shri Sandip Borkar, Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Wani, are present in the court. All the parties admit the contents in the consent terms. The consent terms are signed by the parties as well the learned advocates representing them. The consent terms along with Resolution dated 22.11.2018 are taken on record and marked Exh.'X' collectively. In view thereof, the second appeal stands disposed of in terms of the consent terms and decree be drawn accordingly. JUDGE Gulande
