DATED : 26-09-2024 The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition as he submits that the petition was not presented by properly formulating it as some wrong annexures came to be annexed as a part of the petition.

Instead of seeking its substitution, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition and file afresh by bringing on record all the relevant documents for determination of the court.
