Applicants are in jail. Appeal challenges their conviction for offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. There is delay of 70 days in filing the said appeal. 3.

Though learned A.P.P. is seeking time to verify the facts, in this situation, we condone the delay. Criminal Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. Office to register the appeal.
