Shri Katkar, the learned counsel holding for Shri N.R. Saboo, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed as during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner is absorbed in the Panchayat Samiti, Hinganghat. The learned counsel has tendered a pursis in the Court, stating therein that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and the petitioner is, therefore, desirous of withdrawing the writ petition.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel as also the statement made in the pursis, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
