The present petition is filed by the Management and Headmaster of Gurudeo Vidyalaya for issuing direction to the respondent No.2 to grant approval to the appointment of respondent No.1. It is contended that no opportunity of hearing was granted to rectify the deficiency in the proposal Annexure P - 5 (page 29). The communication dated 08/07/2020 clearly states that due to deficiencies in the proposal, it was rejected. As such, order passed on 08/07/2020, is hereby quashed and set aside being illegal and passed without granting opportunity to rectify the deficiencies.

The Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Buldhana is directed to grant fair opportunity to the petitioner to rectify the deficiencies in the proposal.
