The applicant-appellant has filed these applications to condone the delay of 363 days in filing the restoration application and for restoration of the first appeal, which was dismissed for non-filing of paper-book.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that paper-book will be filed within a week.

In view of the said statement and the reasons stated in the applications, the delay is condoned, application for restoration is allowed and the first appeal stands restored.

The applications stand disposed of accordingly.
