The proposal for transfer of the Management is informed to be forwarded with recommendation by the respondent-Deputy Director of Education, Amravati Division, Amravati, vide communication dated 12th February, 2024.

It is informed that the State Government has failed to take decision.

In this background, we permit the petitioner to appear before the Principal Secretary, School Education on 28th October, 2024. 5.

The said Authority shall take decision on the said proposal within a period of four weeks.
